A Wonderful Experience!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The hospitality here is incredible—every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Haile Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, with a breathtaking atmosphere that made the experience very enjoyable.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The service at the restaurant was quite slow. When we ordered food, it often took around an hour or more to arrive, and even requesting the bill took about 30 minutes. Improving the speed of service would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.
We also noticed that the rooms were quite noisy at times, although we weren't sure what was causing the noise.
Overall, Haile Hotel is a mesmerizing and beautiful place to stay. With faster restaurant service and better noise control in the rooms, it would provide an even better experience. I would still recommend it and hope to visit again.
