Well maintained, clean and comfortable with common kitchen. 15 min walk from airport but one stretch is completely unlit. Very difficult to find food in the neighborhood after 7pm. Good value, and I'd stay there again if I needed to be close to the airport.

Overnight there was something that would re-boot every 20 minutes (maybe a generator?), wake me up through my ear plugs, and gasoline fumes would come into the room and I’d have to breathe into a pillow. Not sure who was in charge; my pre-arrival text went unanswered and a ~7 year old girl checked me in.
Sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty a had a cockroach the size of my hand, was noisy in the evening and morning, the pillow was maybe an inch thick. They also don’t give you a key for your room so if you leave during the day, your belongings are not protected.

Freezer in room would be good. Microwave in kitchen will be good.
Tea coffee should be complimentary.

Double payment!

Horrible place.
We booked it through Agoda. When we came, we were told our bankcard was declined so we had to pay in cash. We paid in Cash. The women Said she would come back with the change. She never came back with the change.
After we left, the money got drawn from Agoda, so we paid double for the room! . Now i am trying to get back the money, but since we paid in cash and have no evidence that we did so, we problebly wount get the money back!
The Wifi didn't work, there were no Coffee and Tea even though it said so in the booking. It was not clean at all. And you could hear everything going on next door.
