Great place to relax, eat and meet wonderful staff

Tanoa Plaza Hotel is an amazing place to be. I stayed from July 29 to August 7. Amazing housekeeping team, receptionist, waiters, bartenders and chefs. The meals were amazing.

Memorable Tanoa

Memorable - that was my 11 days experience staying at Tanoa's Suva property...our 4th floor room was to our satisfaction, clean, had the necessary amenties except for some reason, Tanoa does not so the slippers and bathgown treats like other similar type properties. But overall, a good room that added.memoriee to our stay. The staff were courteous and wore their bula smiles well...my prevous experience of Tanoa was not that great, but this one certainly ticked all the boxes - the best part was the breakfast experience...truly Fijian, truly authentic...and made my morning start a delight- setting me up for the rest of the day. Vinaka....Tanoa.

Very friendly staff. Just one flaw!

I’m still here in room 604 and I have only one complaint, otherwise service is great. On the 1st day of my stay, I lost my black cardigan from my room. I would love to know if this was followed up. I notice there are security cameras that should be looked into! It was just a cardigan but it should have never happened and me writing this comment will affect your reputation
Breakfast is good and staff very helpful and always willing to help. Esita made us a tasty cup of lemon honey tea, yesterday and today. Thank you for your service

Wonderful all-around experience!

We stayed at the Tanoa Hotel for almost a week. From the first moments walking in until we left, our experience could not have been better! Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and to ensure we had everything we needed.
The restaurant and bar were fabulous! The food was delicious with a nice variety of menu choices. The staff at the bar made excellent mochas, chai tea, and mango smoothies. We highly recommend staying at Tanoa Hotel for a wonderful experience!

Home away from home in Suva

This was an amazing stay. Leni made us feel welcome from the moment we came in the door and gave us a greeting every day like we had come home. Seini was so kind and helpful and Ela who did housekeeping on my floor always had time to chat. The food was great and as we had to sit and do work from time to time in the bar, everyone made us comfortable. Highly recommend. And we hope to return. Perfect big sized rooms with everything we needed.
