Excellent service and wonderful hotel

Its an amazing hotel. All d support staff r behaving very professionaly. Well mannered. Very clean and tidy. For muslims halal goods r only 100meter away from d hotel in D Mall. For smokers dedicated place is there. But there is no changing room in d pool area. Overall its a wonderful budget friendly hotel for Family and individual.

A Relaxing Stay Close to Everything

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's highly recommended, especially for senior citizens, because everything is easy to access. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, within walking distance. The beach is also just a short walk away, making it very convenient to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without needing transportation. Overall, it's a great location for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

We had a great stay. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were like home, facilities needs maintenance.

Room is spacious but not well-lit, a smell-stain like the smell of an old furniture, layout is good, and ants are too quick to appear.
Staff are very accommodating from the receptionist, guard and all the interns, they always greet us and smile.
We were able to check-in at 1:00PM, earlier than the 2:00 PM standard check-in.
Location is very accessible to D-mall and near beach, you can do anything you want.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. ABSOLUTE SCUM OF AN ESTABLISHMENT.

I booked and paid in full via Agoda well in advance. When we arrived after traveling since 8 AM, exhausted, they made us wait, claiming check-in wasn't until 3 PM. But the second we coughed up an extra 1,500 pesos for "early check-in," the receptionist magically moved at lightning speed—an absolute red flag and a blatant cash grab. It gets worse. The room they shoved us into wasn’t even the one I paid for. The bed had a disgusting blood stain on it, the fridge was warm as hell and smelled rancid, and the floorboards creaked violently with every step. This place is a scam. I have already filed official complaints with the Malay-Aklan LGU and the Department of Tourism (DOT). Save your money, your sanity, and your safety. Book literally anywhere else. This is the worst hotel in existence.
