Satisfied
We had such a wonderful stay! The place is very clean and budget-friendly. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff were all super approachable and polite. Everything we needed was provided and easily available. The location is perfect—just a few steps away from everything! Definitely one of the best budget hotels we’ve stayed in. We’ll surely be coming back!

Comfortable Stay
Well I would say 3 stars but gave a 4 star due to helpfulness of staff and prompt response. The resort rooms are nice spacious comfortable. Attached shower with hot cold water. Airconditioned room with Fridge. Water in fridge is charged. But there is a 20L dispenser in the lobby free of charge. There is a restaurant Tacio’s. Food is nice. Breakfast choice is very limited.
There are no amenities provided in the room so please remember to carry your own toiletries. Beach is 5 minutes walk away. Access to resort is restricted by narrow lane and uneven surfaces so there is no transport upto hotel. Need to carry your luggage from the main road. Can get messy if it rains. Overall stay was nice

Went beyond our expectation, and will go book again next time.
I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel. The size of the room is just enough to move around freely along with our luggages, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating (in fact all of them during our stay), and they even go out of their way to guide and assist us with every request and questions we had. The bathroom is clean, the running water is strong and the heater is working perfectly. The breakfast served at Tacio's which is at the front of the hotel was superb and filled our hungry tummies in the morning. The taste went beyond our expectation that we had eaten so much each day, always making us so ready to start the activities for the day.
I will definitely go back to this hotel and book again when I return to Boracay. Decent, clean, good food and at reasonable rates.

Great Service, Excellent Food!
Great service, excellent food at a reasonable price. The hotel is located near D Mall and it is very convenient to go out for beach and shopping. I love their food too which was catered by Tacios Restaurant. It is amazing. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Not well maintained
It was my fault that I didn't do enough research when I booked. Their restaurant facade looks like it is beachfront even though it is not. Their ad only shows that photo (on a different booking site).
While the ladies in their front office were so mice and accommodating, it is important to note that the room and the hotel itself looks like an old building. Our room smells like bleach when we came in, the bathroom smells terrible! I tried to push through thinking I was being picky but the bathroom has a funky smell. In other words, I don't think they clean their rooms properly. The doors look unmaintained - door to the bathroom doesn't close properly and the main door to the room has a noticeable gap.
The lady who serves breakfast is unwelcoming, though they have fairly good choices for breakfast.
Good things I would commend though - their generator, the aircon was freezing cold which I love, and their vinegar is so delicious perfect for their tapa and tocino!
We cut our stay short and booked a different hotel. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
