Pleasant Surprise
This hotel surprised me. I stayed a week in Manila on business and booked this hotel because it was close to my interests and only cost P400 a night. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and staff were very helpful.
There are however a few issues. The area is not nice. It seems to be located in the car parts and repair hub of Manila. There is no pool, restaurant, or bar in the hotel and there are only local bars and eateries in the area. Luckily Grab Food is available on the nights I just stayed in. That's really it as far as negatives are concerned. I highly recommend this place and will use it again.

Dekuxe Suite is Top Notch, but with few issues
Let me start by saying I'm impressed with the Deluxe Suite! The room is spacious, has a living room where the TV is, Villeroy toilet fixtures, your own water heater for the shower, has a kitchen sink, and did I say spacious?!!! There's a lot of room to move around. Bed is comfy, the toiletries provided ate Oyo branded and doesn't look cheap. The slippers that are not of the same color is a nice touch.
The lounge furniture is comfy, there's a painting on the wall, window type aircon. Plenty of storage.
You'll feel secure knowing that your key card will grant access only to the floor where your room is. But this causes an issue, which you'll read later.
You can get a good night's sleep in this room, like I did. THE BEST ROOM at this price point for this type of accommodation.
Not perfect though. The water pressure for the shower in my room is quite weak, maybe something clogged? Because the sink and the tap has the correct pressure. You need to get your potable water from a dispenser at either the 3rd or 7th floor. If your room is on a different floor, you can pay a deposit of P500 to get a key card to access the 3rd or 7th floor, or you go to the Ground Floor and ask security to swipe you to the floor where the water is.
Ground floor lobby was quite warm, which is not good when you're waiting to be checked in. You need to deposit a P1000 for security bond.
There's a comment on how a lady staff is rude. I think she's misunderstood. It's just the way people from her orovince talks, which sound sassy. The other staff are all friendly, even the big security fellow.
Another negative is no ramp , so if you have suitcases, you have to drag them along the stairs.
No fastfoods nearby, though food delivery I arranged by calling the front desk who'll connect you.
Wifi can be spotty. Cignal cable has limited channels.
Jeepney do pass by but you can't walk to the train station or the mall.
BUT I STILL RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. Get the Deluxe suite. You'll thank me later.

Very new and great location
The staff at check in were very friendly and welcoming. The check in process was no hassle at all. There is free coffee available in the lobby which is 24 hours. This is a very new and clean hotel. I booked my hotel room on Expedia and got a very good deal. Firstly the location in my opinion is perfect. It's situation on a main street with easy access to Jeepney and taxis. For a 9 pesos ride you can get to Jolibee, McDonalds, Chowking Inasal and 7-eleven within 5 minutes so most dining options are covered. The hotel is in a central location for Mall of Asia shopping centre and also A. Venue which is an entertainment venue with live bands and comedy including street food stalls and drinks all under a giant marquee which is well worth a visit. Also the hotel is about 15-25 minutes from the airport depending on the traffic of course. Now onto the room. I had the queen room which is a very good size. Everything in the room is new. Air-con was very cold, 32" flat screen TV with an excellent selection of available channels. There's plenty of cupboard space including a kitchen area. The bed is very comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is very nice with a good shower and also hot and cold water. It would be nice to possibly have a fridge included in the rooms but for us this wasn't a problem. The are more than enough plug sockets in the rooms. On entry to the room there are clean towels, toothbrush and toothpaste set, soap and shampoo however you may want to bring or buy a shower cream. If you are wanting a hotel with a swimming pool and a restaurant then this place is not for you. If you want clean, comfortable, welcoming and great location at a very reasonable price then you can't go far wrong.

Nice Room, Terrible Service & Amenities
I arrived in February for a month-long booking that I paid for in full via Expedia well in advance. I booked the wrong date and realised that I needed it changed. There was no direct number to call the hotel on the Expedia website, so I attempted to use the messaging service to contact them directly. It appeared that the hotel staff never got the memo but instead recorded me as a no show and cancelled my month-long booking without a single call or email. They were happy to offer me to pay walk in rate 6x higher than what I was originally paying per day but said they couldn’t reinstate my booking due to ‘system error’. They also never followed up to assist me in solving the issue. I spent double my accommodation budget in two weeks then what I intended to for per month, and no one from management or any of their superior offices assisted me in any way which I spent the whole two weeks following up on. Very disappointing as I had several other bookings consequently staying in the hotel totalling six months. Rooms are nice, but other than that staff are poor and lack any service nor show any care for their customers. They don’t inform you that there is a guest policy there from 10pm and the doorman doesn’t let your visitor in after 8pm. There is no hot water in the showers and internet doesn’t work as you would expect it to (there is one single wifi for the whole building). If you want to stay long term I wouldn’t recommend, save yourself the trouble and stay at the other hotels 100 metres away with better amenities and service. Daytime receptionist and housekeepers are nice. Night receptionist and doorman need service training.

Poor
Very spacious rooms however the room was hella sTaNkkkkkkk!!!!! We had to purchase our own air freshener for the sTeNch (Stankey). The bathroom stank like sewage like a mf fr bru. The sheets nasty azzzhell with stains and wateva! The cabinets be broken too. No hot water made me freeeeeezin the table, that ain’t be wiped 4 agggezzz mf. But the price cheap so I can go party in the nightclubs mf fr. kind regards, yours faithfully/sincerely mrs thunberg
