The place is good. Malapit sa Jollibee at Shakey's kaya d mahirap humanap ng makakainan. Yung hagdan lang, masyadong mataas. I've got 4th floor room kaya mejo mahirap kasi maghahagdan ka akyat baba, buti nalang mabait si kuya tinulungan kami mag akyat ng mga gamit. Yun lang kapagod talaga mag hagdan papunta 4th floor lalo na at malapit na mag senior kasama namin. Though, mabait mga staff. Thank you.

Pot luck re room allocation

Booked two nights, the room allocated even though it’s advertised as deluxe, is shocking. Two single bed squeezed inside a box room. No toilet seats, no kettle and the air conditioning sounds like a plane about to take off. Check the build in cupboard, it’s dirty inside. Asked to move room. The receptionist needed permission from the Chinese owners. Was moved to their annex across the road which was much much better. The room was double the size, kettle and complimentary coffee and bottle water. For that move, we were very grateful. So, do book room in their annex rather then in the main building
Their receptionist are very very helpful and so are their room attendant.

Comfortable and clean

I selected Henady Inn Annex at Rizal Avenue as I do not want to climb up the flight of stairs at the main building. From the picture provided, the Annex Building also looks more well-refurbished than the main Inn. I was right in my decision and I like all about this Henady Inn Annex from the sincerity of the staff to the cleanliness of the room.
It was easy to book this Inn. Just add the hotel in your face book and ask for reservation. Deposit is required but it may be waived. I booked a double room for 800 pesos for one night.
Location wise, it is about 10 mins walk along Rizal Avenue or Quezon Avenue to the main touristy area of Plaza Salcedo. From the Partas Bus Terminal and the city public market, it would take about 30 mins walk. Tricycles are easily available and cost less than 20 pesos for 2 persons.
The Annex Building is about 5 min walk to the main Henady Inn. I had problem finding the Annex Building initially and had to make enquiry at the main Inn. Just remember the Annex Building is along Rizal Avenue.
Both premises are located near to the St Augustine Parish and the Bantay Bell Tower. I took 10 mins to walk to these nearby attractions.
There is a mini-shopping mall just in front of the Annex Building and we had our lunch at one of the stalls at the mall.
There are also fast food restaurants: Jollibee outlet and Shaky's Pizza within a 5 min walk from both premises. We had our dinner at Jollibee.
There is a bakery shop by the name of Durong's Malunggay Pandesal that operated 24 hrs beside the Shaky's Pizza that sold delicious, cinnamon flavor and oven fresh buns for 2 pesos each. We bought 20 buns and ate them as we toured around the attractions.
The staff were courteous and helpful. Free coffee and hot water were served and brought to our room on our request and we could replenish our drinking water anytime of the day at the front counter. Wifi was strong and free. The environment was quiet and peaceful.
The room and toilet were clean. I like the woody look of the furniture and the interior design was nice. The air con was strong and a flat screen TV allowed us to view a number of channel programs.
The only minus point is that we were not allowed to check-in early. But the staff allowed us to safe keep our two hand carry luggage bags at their store while we roamed our way to Baluarte (private zoo). Check-in time was 2 pm but discretion was exercised when we returned at 1 pm. When we check-out the next day and while waiting for our bus to Baguio, we could left our luggage bags at the Inn and collect them at night on our departure time.
I love this Inn and like to convey my heartfelt appreciation to the helpful staff for the services rendered during my stay at the Inn.

Clean and Practical.

We stayed at Henady Inn Annex last April 14-15 and all I can say is that it is a very good place to stay. It is very near Vigan and It is clean and not too pricey, good for those who would like a decent place to stay for a day or more without paying too much. The staffs are accommodating. They have complimentary water and coffee, but they are not offering any meal. Overall, this place is recommendable and i would come back.

Great location and price!

Located in bantay on the highway you will not have trouble finding it as it is very near the vigan arc. Restos, pharmacy and convenient stores just outside. Room was a bit small but acceptable as it is a buget hotel. Toiletries and bottled water provided. Ac was a bit noisy at times as it was old. Tv not working properly. Wifi good but sometimes weak especially at night. Bathroom definetly needs updating and fixing but was clean enough. Recommended for those who are not too picky and just needs a clean place to rest and sleep while in vegan. You can also walk from here to plaza burgos and calle crisologo and it is very safe.
