Near the center and budget friendly

Clean, spacious room with strong A/C, comfy bed, flatscreen TV, and hot shower. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Best part: literally 3 mins walk to SM CDO Downtown Premiere. Ayala Centrio and Limketkai are close too.
Breakfast is included and can be brought in your room.
No elevator or pool, but great value for the location. 8.5/10 — Perfect for budget stays in downtown CDO.

Hotel is between CDOs shopping malls and many eateries around this hotel which is very good, the Staff service is Superb! however some of its corridors and the room itself feels creepy. Overall the hotel is Very nice but will not come back here because of the Creepy encounter I had during my stay

Fantastic budget hotel

Emerald Suites is a fantastic place to stay in CDO and best value for your money. Staff always greeted us with a smile and quick to respond to our requests. We also liked the breakfast meal included and the menu changes everyday. The location is perfectly located between SM and Centrio mall which are both a few steps away.
There was an issue with our scheduled pick-up from the hotel to the airport (For some reason, traffic was really bad that day). We appreciated the staff immediately assisted us to the nearest airport terminal in Centrio and we made it to our flight.
Overall, highly recommended!

Budget friendly and great location

room & bathroom - very clean
aircon - cool room
service - the staff is very accommodating and friendly. When i requested my breakfast if it can be served in my room and i would need hot water, they delivered my request on time to my room.
Very good location. You can see the SM at the end of the street and on the other end, another mall. Nearby good cafes and restaurants - some are wallking distance.
