first time in bogo

im niall just back this was my first time in the Philippine room was clean and tide with everything u need the food was very good as well the staff where very helpful and friendly they made my stay there grate will be staying there when I go back would recommend it to anyone going there

Threre's no interesting detail at hotel.

Poorly manage, no anemities, food is terrible. what a waste of money. Lavatory and Water closet has had foul odor. No service slippers for guests, serve with worn out towels no toiletries available in the bathroom.

Meh. Nothing Special.

We stayed at Northomes, but was told Nagano's restaurant was okay. A bit disappointing to be honest.
The food was average & served cold. The staff was inattentive, watching TV & not responding when we called them. We had to get up several times and go over to the counter for help. Food preparation took a while... One nice thing though, when we asked for ice cream they said they had it, and when they found out they didn't they went out to get ice cream instead of saying it wasn't available. A for effort.
Not very PWD-friendly. Our coworker who was was limping due to an injury had a heck of a time. The stairs from the street and the staircase going up to the restaurant (2nd floor) were steep.... and there was no elevator. Ouch! I;m glad we didn't stay here.

Worst service ever

This is the worst pension house I've experienced so far. Charging Php 1,000 per night of stay is a huge waste of money. Their restaurant crew in their 2F is very unaccommodating. Not so good breakfast. And also, I don't like the style of their comfort room, one of their floor drains is clogged during my stay. No assistance at all to their guests whatsoever. I highly recommed Bogo North homes. Nicer place and more pleasant staff than this over-rated place.

good service, good value

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week, just a few days after it was battered severely by typhoon Yolanda last month. The city of Bogo was without electric power but the hotel had its own electric generator which ran until about 10pm on my first night. The hotel quickly filled with journalists from all over the world who came to report on the mass destruction in Bogo and nearby towns. A staff member approached me on my second day and asked if I would be willing to share the cost of all night electric generation. Thank God, it was a very good and welcome suggestion. The reception staff are courteous and friendly. The rooms are nice, fair value for money, and the cleaning ladies are great. I will return to Bogo in February, and I hope to stay at this hotel again
