Not worth it

I thought I had found a little gem… till I got there
So disappointed
I was told I could check-in early… got there at 1 pm the room wasn’t even vacated.
There no restaurant, no water nothing
The washroom were dirty but I decided to take a quick shower due to heat just to realize that there’s no towels or amenities. I called front desk just to find out there’s none provided????
Who goes to a resort with their towels? Come on!!

Expectation vs reality

Place has lots of potential but hopefully they repair /refurbish their rooms esp the cr... front desk did not inform us that there is a scheduled maintainance or cleaning of their river MWS thus we werent able to enjoy d river.. the very main reason we went to the place... for me .. sorry not worth returning to, if not properly maintained.

We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly.
Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.

Big room for improvement

Bad management. Lot of door locks were already broken. Place were full of cobwebs and dust when we checked in. Rest rooms are almost yellow due to stack of dirt. Water provided from faucet was blurry. You won’t enjoy your stay if your cabin is located beside the river as you would have to go in a 7-floor hike. They only provide lift assistance to PWD.
There’s a lot of improvement. Most of the amenities were also unavailable during are stay - no fish available in the fish pond, weather conditions, etc.
Staff were also hard to reach out as your cell won’t be having enough signal to contact them. You would have hike using the 7-floor stairs just to raise your concern.
River is understandable dirty, but the alley and the slides were full of moss. It looks like they only clean it once a week. Lights on the pool were also not working and the heater provided in the Jacuzzi can only be used in max setting.
Their website, guidelines, booking process were nice. But it will break your expectation once you go in the actual resort.
