Great staff, friendly and helpful!

The staff at hotel Luxent was amazing. They are extremely friendly and very accommodating, it made us feel like beinf with family. Jay-R the breakfast lead took care of us during our meals and we never needed anything during our stay that wasnt immediately taken care of. Thanks kuya Jay!

Top-notched service and party experience!

We really enjoyed the karaoke, especially since the crew was really accommodating, no unpleasant treatment but all well and wonderful service. Would definitely recommend the place for your parties!

Room’s bathroom had a lot of dirt, grime, and mold around the corners and crevices. Dirt was found throughout the plumbing tubes and even underneath the soap dish.

Is this really a 4-star hotel?

UGLY ASS HOTEL!! Not worth your money even one bit! I THOUGHT THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL, the service was good but the place, its UGLY! It feels like I’m in a cheap motel. I would not recommend, go to other places for better experience. I am never coming back here, this place is HAUNTED! I am thinking of reporting this incident, but I didn’t because I think the hotel was packed that day and I won’t be able to change rooms anyway. I was on 15th floor, the ambiance is sick I never felt comfortable in this place. This is not the rest you’ll look for.

Great service!

Excellent stay! The staff were friendly from the receptionist Marc and Ace. They are very professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Outstanding service made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
