Good and cheap

I stay there in December 2018 to January 2019. I got a good room with hot and cold water, aircon, fan and television. The price is PHP 1,100 pr night with breakfast and water everyday. The location is perfect, close to SM Mall , 10 min walk, Grand bus terminal (SM) and Robinson Mall 10 min walk. Very kind staff, just ask and they try to give you the service you want. Also laundry service. Restaurant is open 7 am to 7 pm. I will come back. Thanks to the staff for good service.

Bad experience

We booked a room for 2 pax, when we got to the place, they were insisting that the price we paid is only for 1 pax when it’s clear on the system that we booked for 2 pax. They were telling us to cancel our booking when we are already on the premise, also it’s clearly stated on the app that it is non-refundable (they also said an option, which is for us to pay more). It was so stressful since it is the first time that we experienced something like this, we obviously booked online for assurance that we have a place to stay in, yet we need to argue with the staff with something that’s not our fault. They let us in after a phone confrontation with the other staff. PLUS, when we got there, there’s NO electricity, it only came back at 1155pm. No towels provided, and musty smell of bedsheets.
