Edson esquejo was the best server I’ve met in my life

Edson was the best server in the world. He was number 1 in my whole experience in the Marriott. He really showed up to work with a smile every day and helped us with a lot of stuff. He deserves the world. Thank you so much Edson Esauejo

Legitimate 5-star hotel

One of the best hotel that I experienced. Truly a 5-star hotel. A world-class service. I wish I could stay for a little longer. Our company team building received excellent reviews from our employees. The elegant ambience in the lobby, clean and spacious room, high-class amenities and accessible location makes it even more exceptional.

Almost perfect stay …

By far Marriott Clark and Manila respectively are the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. As a platinum elite member, we’ve stayed in Marriott hotels in Europe, North America and Asia but I think Clark hits the 5-star mark as far as customer service, staff dedication and professionalism is concerned. I am a Filipino-American so I maybe a bit biased in my assessment but I truly feel at home during my stays here at Clark. Where else have you stayed where the staff meets you with a friendly “good morning sir/maam” every time. For me these simple gestures make me really feel at home. Shoutout to hard working staff at the M Lounge (Jon, Benedict, Nicole, Menard, Fherds), breakfast buffet (Darci, JR) and pool bar (Christian) …you guys rock!
Now for my not so pleasant experience during my current stay. Last Tuesday, the hotel opened up the kitchen to allow some guests to see how the culinary staff work behind the scenes in preparing their dishes. At the same time, guests are invited to taste and enjoy the food. There was a group of my pinoy kababayans who may have misunderstood the concept as “ take all you want “. These folks were filling up their plates and hoarding them on the side. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and I can see the uneasiness of the staff as they were working and taking care of the other guests. I even joked…”pwede pala ganyan?…at least if you guys ran out of food, tell guests to go to their stash:). As a Filipino, I felt embarrassed and wondered what the foreigners were thinking. More importantly, I felt bad for the hard working staff who endured this excruciating experience. Just a friendly reminder to my kababayans, konting finesse naman po tayo. This was meant to be wholesome event pero ginawa niyong piyesta sa barrio. That’s all I’m saying.

Pure Comfort and World-Class Service!

My experience at Clark Marriott Hotel was nothing short of exceptional from check-in to check-out. The property itself is beautifully designed, modern yet elegant, with spacious, well-lit common areas and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
Rooms & Amenities
The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest, and the bathroom was sleek and well-appointed. Everything felt new and well-maintained, with great views of the surrounding area. High-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, which was a huge plus.
Dining & Facilities
The hotel’s dining options are impressive — the breakfast spread was extensive, fresh, and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The pool area is lovely, clean, and relaxing, while the fitness center is well-equipped and maintained. It’s clear they pay attention to every detail.
Service
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member — from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, to restaurant servers — was polite, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They responded quickly to requests and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Conveniently situated in Clark, it’s easily accessible, close to key attractions, shops, and transport links, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers.
If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in Clark, this is the place to be. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to anyone visiting the area!
