Location is very central destination within airport , bus terminal and walkable to Greenbelt. Staffs are polite and friendly

Poor to family needs and cleanliness.

Book trip to hotel. Things were good, till second day. Didn’t clean room, paid for extra bed ( which I didn’t get ), and had to leave after I had book from May 22, 2026 to June 5, 2026. Which got cut to May 24. 2026. They are more interested in the money than the people and their needs. Also, was suppose to have the complementary breakfast every morning. Which was only once. The hotel is ina good place. Across from Robertson’s mall, but this hotel only cares about your money. Not you or your family needs.

Great location and pretty good for the price in Makati

Good location & value for your money Location was very convenient. Rooms are clean & decent. Having it’s own parking is very useful. Employees & staff are friendly & polite. Good value for your money.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Facilities

I'd like to share my recent experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The comfort room needed renovation as the bathtub was clogged, no door lock, and no hot and cold shower. Poor quality towels and an uncomfortable bed. The towels were thin and rough, and the bed was lumpy and unclean.
