Cheaper but expensive experienced!

I checked-in at Almonte at around 5pm on March 10, 2019.Im looking for more hotels in Puerto because it’s my first visit in the place and Iam thankful that my feet landed in Almonte Transient House.There are lot of beds like double deck and another big bed where your friends can be accommodated.The aircon is not really noisy not just like other hotels.The bathroom is just exactly convenient and is divided by curtain shower to the toilet.I extended one more day just to sleep all day long and continue experiencing the comfort of the room. Thanks to Lola and another boy/girl assistant.I will definitely come back with my other friends.Your place is really recommended!

Great For Newcomers!

If you need to travel to Puerto Princesa, this is a place to stay! I booked this like a month before online. You tell them how many nights of stay and they will give you a package of itinerary which is very much affordable. The only problem is their breakfast simple yet limited. But everything is ok. Thanks to Bea! Will definitely recommend this to my friends!

Comfortable and budget friendly

We stayed here for three nights, sir Butch and Mam Glo are the owners, they are both accommodating, they even booked our underground tour. The room where we stayed is clean, with private bathroom. They also have a kitchen. The guests are allowed to cook. I only paid 50 pesos as additional charge. The place is very accessible. Walking distance to the baywalk, market and other establishments. Their caretakers were very nice too. I love this place. It is highly recommended for budget travelers. Will definitely go back.

practical, peaceful, and convenient!

budget friendly, friendly staff, good for family accommodation. the place is nearby the market (walking distance) and you can make your own food cooking with their common kitchen.lol
rooms were neat and clean (except for no room service) unless you ask them to.
me and my 2 friends guaranteed satisfied during our stay.

An excellent place to stay in Puerto Princesa

It was my 1st trip to the Philippines and I asked my Filipino friends about a place to stay in Puerto Princesa. They recommended me Almonte Transient House because they knew this place and the owner too. I stayed there 2 times. It was a bit difficult to find the place for the 1st time on the late evening, but the location is very practical - in quiet street and next to the main street and city marked.
Almonte Transient House has a nice atmosphere - I met interesting and nice people there with whom I made a day trip around the city, and a small party on evening. The hotel stuff is wonderful, full of attention to the guests and able to help in every situation. At my 2nd visit I came 30 mins before the Christmas Eve and Angelica (a girl who works there as a receptionist and house assistant) made an unforgettable Christmas dinner for the stuff and guests.
The rooms have good standard. It was possible to use the kitchen as well. And the price was reasonable. I would like to recommend this place to stay for my friends and other travelers.
