Eat…Sleep…Beach…Repeat
Considering that our party is made up of 10 guests, we booked three (3) cottages: Bamboo King Casita, Louver-Window Casita & Sunrise Casita. Every single dwelling affords a view of the ocean and well-furnished with everything you’ll need - equal to a hotel accommodation. The only downside of our room is the shower which is acting up (needs fixing). We missed to take advantage of the adult swimming pool situated at the “Day Trip” section and merely indulged in the kid-sized one. We requested information with one of the guards along the beach about it and was clueless ♀️ He requires training!
Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were mouth-watering and each were served by the shore. Overall, it was good except for a couple of mishaps but could be better if we spent another night. The accompanying photos says it all!

Disappointing customer service
Disappointing customer service. There are hidden charges, meals are mandatory! We booked 2 villas for our holidays in July 2025 but unfortunately was not able to travel due to bad weather condition with orange and red weather warnings in place in the region . Their customer service agreed to reschedule within 30 days. Its not possible for us to stay longer in the philippines because we work abroad and have to travel in a weeks time. They agreed to transfer it to a family member. But what frustrates us in this resort is the bad customer service:
- they informed my family members a night before their travel that one of the villas air condition is not working. Emphasis on the night before!
- hidden charges for meals. If its mandatory they should include this in their price per room.
-their disregard for the weather warnings that was in place that shows that the health and safety of their guests is not a high priority for them

We would also like to clarify that no one arrived on the day of the scheduled rebooking visit. Our staff waited and attempted to reach the lead guest, who later mentioned they were still at work. As we did not receive any confirmation or check-in from the expected guest, we were unable to proceed with the reservation.
Please know that we remain committed to the safety and well-being of our guests and strictly follow local authority advisories concerning weather conditions.

Weekday get away with friends
Nice place and serene environment. I went with my college friends for overnight. Buffets meals are available ( additional payment upon entering). It’s a safe place and water is calm. It’s well maintained and service is ok. We are group of 4 and 2 queen beds are available and it fits well.

Can’t recommend this dirty beach
Only went to use the beach and was very disappointed after what I had read. The beach is littered with plastic and rubbish, I saw a local throw what looked like a bag of rubbish into the sea. The water has debris and bags in it and stray dogs wander along the beach. There must be better beaches than this.

A well spent short vacay!
A simple taste of peaceful paradise, a truly well spent peaceful short vacation.
It's our second stay at Virgin Beach Resort and it did not disappoint. Whenever we go on a vacation, it's always to get away from the buzzy and stressful city and the resort truly delivers on that need.
The place is just so clean and quiet. You can even hear the chirping of the birds, the crashing of the waves, the cricketing sound of insects and even the wind. It's just so relaxing to stay at their Kubo for a peaceful morning and afternoon with a very good coffee at hand.
