Worst hotel ever

bad experience, in every respect.
rooms absolutely not up to the task, compared to the quality / price ratio and especially when compared to adjacent structures.
Kind staff, but totally incompetent. you can't tell if they don't know more than three words of English or if they haven't had any kind of training. To order and receive breakfast, every day was a titanic undertaking. At least half an hour of waiting for a poor and meager breakfast. There is a huge kitchen hood that overlooks the rooms with an absurd noise from 6 am to 9:30 pm. Motorcar that goes up and down every night inside the hotel driveway with an absurd beep. Stray dogs inside the facility barking and fighting all night. Who pretends to be the owner, totally uninterested in the organization of the staff who wander from one point to another of the hotel without getting anything done. Those who pretend to be the owner, extremely rude and lazy person. Cleaning at the lowest acceptable terms, also, if you do not require every day to clean the room, is not cleaned. I don't know what else to add, I've never seen something like this in Southeast Asia

The worst hotel I have stayed in my life

Disgusting people, lazy and incorrect at all. The owner an old angry woman obliged me to pay an extra rate for a terrible room called Honey moon.
Nothings was right in the room: no cold water , terrible noise because a kind of motor on the roof was on every day from 6/6:30 am !!!
Dirty room and dirty restaurant.
Breakfast was terrible and minimum, nobody knows what to do
Beach not so terrible but dirty and noisy

From the outside,looks like a great resort but that was it. Room as big as it was is nice . No seats inside room so every time you want to sit down you have to sit on the bed . Luggage no place to pack or un pack other than the bed. Their is a nice table with a kettle and to lovey cups but nothing to put in the cup(coffee or tea) also no wher to plug in or sit down. Lots of staff but no atmosphere that you get in other resorts. Breakfast included, go else where greasy and cold. Last day stomach was upset from breakfast was in room and threw up a bit again was sitting on bed running to toilet a small stain was on sheets. When checking out charged me 900php and said that if they cleaned them they would have use bleach? My answer was don,t you bleach white sheets anways what about other bodily fluids?? They asked us if we wanted to take sheets with us. Odd question while traveling. Staff were nice but a little thing call customer service goes a long way. Everything you have to ask and their are lots of staff. Second time on the island would i stay here again no.

The beach would be beautiful, but if staff could possibly clean up some of the trash once a day, it would enhance the experience. Also, you have to pay extra for more than one pillow and if you want a small throw, they call it a comforter. Otherwise you just get a sheet. It was not expensive. Just did inconvenient.

Room and staff were very nice and friendly, would have preferred much more interaction with staff when we were using the sun loungers I.e can I get you a drink etc.
we also had to ask for our room to be cleaned rather that being cleaned as routine
