I am writing to share how much we enjoyed our recent stay at your hotel.
The breakfast was amazing, and the city sunset view was beautiful. We also appreciated the morning and evening hours of the sauna, which allowed us to enjoy a quick session before leaving the hotel. Additionally, having the swimming pool right next to the sauna provided a wonderful space to lounge together.

The good stuff:
Good location for Helsinki centre with it being only a 5 minute cycle/15 minutes walk. Breakfast was lovely and great value for the money paid. All staff are polite and some were helpful. The sauna is lovely but I would expect that in a Finnish hotel.
Needs Improvement:
The hotel has little to no character and is very sterile in it is overall feel. The rooms are on the small side and not really a place to spend any significant time in other than when you are sleeping and while that may be what some people want from a hotel for the money you pay it simply isn't good enough. The mini bar is overpriced and there was no price list provided except on the interactive menu on the TV. Everything in the hotel is designed to get money out of you and little is offered as complimentary which I would expect given the price point, an example being the umbrellas which cost €25 for 2 days. Unfortunately the roof top pool is more fish tank size than pool sized which is incredibly disappointing.
Overall: Given the choice I wouldn't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it anyone, but if you like a sterile feeling and paying extra for almost everything then it might be for you.

Staff were great, hotel was spotless, facilities pool and sauna were a real treat, location to the city is good, if you get the opportunity upgrade to a room with a corner view, I haven’t stayed in a hotel as good as this in a long time.

Best hotel in the Helsinki Center with very good breakfast swimming pool , sauna and skybar. Very nice service in the restaurant and on the hotel reception. Tram to the center near hotel T1 and 9 5min to the raiway station.

Great hotel stay with nice rooms😊 Small, but beautiful pool in 16 th floor.
Good breakfast. 7-10 minutes to central Helsinki with tram lines 7 & 9.
