The bathroom lighting was a bit dark but the room was excellent. Large big screen TV, towels changed everyday without asking, nice sized room safe, comfortable bed.
The staff responded immediately when I discovered the safe batteries were low. The front desk was very helpful giving us directions & sights to visit.

The worst hotel we have ever experienced anywhere in Europe!
This place was simply a waste of money! There was nothing that made it worth the price of the stay!
1) The service was well below average except for one of the breakfast team (Maricor); everyone else was just meh
2) We made reservations for the restaurant and when we arrived we found out that there is no food served except for 3 items. No where in the reservation email did they inform us! Had they done so, we could have gone and found some decent food! Instead we had to eat overpriced salad and a cheap stake and French fries! No apology! Just “Take it or leave it”. At least the cocktails were good.
3) basically zero shower pressure!
4) no turn down service.
5) no one to help with our luggage upon arrival! We had to struggle to get our luggage up the stairs!
6) the other bar in the hotel closed.
7) the hotel charged us for a spa service not received due to their error and justified it by saying we cancelled. The spa made a mistake in scheduling, and despite us making accommodation for their error they charged us still.
8) not one person from the hotel staff welcomed us to the hotel upon arrival or thanked us for our stay upon leaving!
9) while they had a decent breakfast set up, it was amazing that in Finland they had no potato’s! The restaurant has to be the only place in Finland with no potato’s for breakfast!
10) the patio was filthy, so we could not sit out our room. Regardless, our supposedly upgraded room just faced the interior anyways and was no view.
All in all, we could have gone to a much cheaper place and been treated better.
People…DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

All-round excellent. Perfect central location. Superb breakfast in a lovely restaurant with great staff. Recently-renovated rooms and top bathrooms with thoughtful touches. For example, the lighting - go into the bathroom in the night and low level lighting comes on automatically. Trays with kettle and Nespresso machines with two plug sockets so no messing about changing them over, and everything refilled daily.

It’s very nice hotel. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. It’s a very busy hotel, especially during breakfast, there’s a line, just to be able to be seated.
