Magical Place

Our winter stay in NLV was absolutely magical. The accommodation was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the service was truly outstanding. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the range of activities was amazing. We particularly loved the husky sledding and snowmobiling - they were unforgettable experiences.
We will definitely be coming back and will happily recommend everything to others. We would also love to see a discount offered for returning guests.

Dream trip

We had the Aurora Suite, with sauna. Our little witch's cottage, it left nothing to be desired, from the furnishings to the cleanliness. Above the bed the stars and northern lightsThe staff was super friendly and accommodating, we were in good hands. In the restaurant the food was varied, something for everyone, delicious! The waiters were very attentive, thank you
The excursions were well planned and carried out. The facility is far enough out, yet Levi, for example, is easily accessible, thanks to shuttle. If anything should be out of line, the staff will be happy to help.
From us a clear recommendation for a dreamlike time, which unfortunately was over too quickly❣️

Exceptional

Pure Magic! I cannot speak highly enough about this resort and the experiences we had. Accommodations were amazing and so cozy, booked excursions thru property are all wonderful and so easy as many are on property and or a short provided transport. The dining for breakfast and dinner is superb! Hats off to the Chefs and the culinary experience they provided daily and particular to the waitstaff who work so hard to assure a wonderful experience. I'd like to highlight the young man from France with glasses ( I cannot remember his name) and Daniel ( I believe) who always assured we were happy even when a large group was staying in house. Never noticed a Manager on Duty or spoke to anyone in leadership but the property runs very well. I still dream of our nights under the northern lights. A trip and experience of a lifetime, thank you!

Excellent!

We had a great stay - the Aurora Cabin was amazing, service was excellent and the restaurant outstanding, it actually exceeded our expectations!
Would definitely stay here again!

The setting is just magical. So romantic! The igloo cabins are lovely - compact but practical. The food was good and the staff were helpful.
