Perfect stay relatively close to the centre of Turku with good connection to both ferry terminal and city centre. Staff and service are exceptional, cleanliness is fantastic, and rooms are spacious and beautiful. We travelled with a dog and received a goodie bag for the dog, including a toy, treats, and bags, and there was a comfortable dog bed and a food/water bowl. This was the most relaxing stay I have had in a while. Breakfast was included in price and featured a wide variety of tasty food options so there was something for everyone. The deli offered delicious pizza for a good price. There were parks close to the hotel where we could take our dog on walks. Will definitely be coming back to stay next time we end up in Turku.

Shocking experience – walked in on a stranger sleeping in our assigned room

Our stay got off to a very unsettling start. When we checked in and went to our assigned room, we opened the door only to find a complete stranger sleeping in one of the beds.
According to the front desk, the previous guest had already checked out, and the room had been cleaned and marked as ready in their system. They couldn't explain how this massive security and system failure happened. While they did quickly move us to another room, it was a very shocking and awkward situation—especially since we were traveling with our young daughter, who was quite confused by it all.
Basic security and room management should be standard at any hotel. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our peace of mind for the rest of the stay, and we were quite disappointed by how the situation was handled. Cannot recommend.

Not price worthy

I don't recommend this hotel. The breakfast was the worst we ever have been eating at a hotel. Dark hotelrooms. Parking space was hard to find. And most of the staff could only speak finnish.

Modern and cozy! We liked a lot. The breakfast was really good, open (only) until 10am.
