Scam

The Ibis Group, particularly Ibis Achères, is the worst hotel complex I could recommend to you.
A pre-authorization of €200, supposedly for a deposit, which is not automatically refunded or becomes almost insulting after 72 hours.
The bank confirms that Ibis has indeed charged the amount beyond the reservation, and I can see that I have been charged that amount.
However, Ibis insists on lying and does not want to return what they have overcharged me.

Recent hotel located in a quiet area, close to a RER station. Having its own parking at 10€ per night
Friendly receptionist and answers all questions
Attention we ask you for a deposit of two hundred euros first for us in an ibis hotel.
Decent room with shower room
Watch out for a safe or courtesy tray
Breakfast varied savory and sweet. Small throat on the second day breakdown of the coffee machine and instead of offering us directly the second machine no we look at what happens with the machine breakdown and after 10 minutes we open the cabinet with the second machine.
We did not try the restaurant because closed at the weekend
Check out a little cold and haughty limit of the Receptionist.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Pleasant but perfectible

Very nice staff, nice restaurant and bar, nickel rooms, except: soundproofing with snoring neighbors, shower siphons are dismantled to ensure the flow of showers but allows the upwelling of smell and especially the sounds of flushing of upper floors. For a two-year-old building, this is unacceptable....

2ème passage dans cet établissement.
J’ai été émerveillé la première fois. Mais pas ce coup: On sent un entretien un peu moins exigeant.
La douche n’est pas très bien faite. Il y a de l'eau même sur le WC.
Sinon excellent rapport qualité/prix.
J’aime les nombreux sièges dans le hall.
Le restaurant est bien agencé. La nourriture est bonne.
