Very good experience

I visit this hotel very regularly for my business trips, it is always a pleasure, we are very welcome, the welcome is personalized.
The rooms are always very clean and neat, we sleep very well.
The restaurant is worthy in a gastronomy, the service is at the top!
Staff at the top!!
Small downside effectively for the parking which is very often full, but spaces are outside.

To be avoided.

We booked a room for two nights at this hotel; I was confirmed my reservation by phone, and then on the day of departure, I called back since I had not received any confirmation by email, and to my surprise, no reservation had been made. Upon arrival, I toured the room, which is acceptable except for the bathroom, which could be cleaner. The receptionist upon our arrival was very friendly, which was not the case with his colleague the next day. The cleaning in the room was not done, there were no clean towels, and there was an extremely unpleasant person who distorted my words while confronting other guests. If this is all that Accor hotels can offer in terms of service quality, I will easily do without it. We have been going to Accor hotels for 25 years, and this is the first (and last) time my stay has been so unpleasant; all I wanted was to leave as quickly as possible. In conclusion, I will never set foot in this hotel again!

Overall pleasant stays in this establishment where I have been several times.

The rooms are very comfortable and the room service is of very good quality, which makes the stay particularly enjoyable.
A small improvement could be the provision of slippers in the room, which would be a plus for comfort.
The cleaning is generally satisfactory, although a few small vigilance points could be monitored to reach an impeccable level.
Regarding the restaurant, I had enjoyed my first dinner. During my second visit, the presentation of the dishes was always very neat, but the cuisine seemed a little less convincing than during my first experience.
Overall, this remains a good address to which I return with pleasure.

Disappointed for a Mercury

New hotel but cold room (not adjustable), tv without signal, double bed side by side to make a double bed, bathroom with the strict minimum (we are in a 4*), no water (a fountain in the hallway with 2 cups poses without knowing if clean or not... away from the other Mercury I practice.
The positives, it is new, close to rer and pleasant staff

Far from the level!

On the plus side: new and clean hotel
Incredibly negative aspects:
- Tiny car parks often closed which forces you to get out of the car (for example in the rain...) until we just want to answer the intercom which is very badly placed!
- Not only are the car parks small but they are occupied by staff who mock availability for guests
- The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful but completely incompetent (no consideration of requests, permanent difficulties in using their computer tools, collection, etc...)
- Restaurant overall below the standards Mercury...
- Poor breakfast
- Rooms without special attention (coffee or other...)
