Family stay

Excellent welcome, extremely clean room, garden appreciated with the Rocky rabbit very appreciated by my sons and myself, I recommend this hotel which practices reasonable rates...

Not serious.

Be careful not to reach them by phone. We had to cancel warned 72 hours before and still no refund it's going to be a year and when we have a person on the phone Very nice Tells us he will refund us and we still wait. The Tourist Board and the Steveson Roads Association are aware but can do nothing. Then I recommend this hotel.

We're not going back.

We were very well received.
The bedding was of good quality.
The breakfast was good.
Close to the city center, these are the positives.
The air conditioning advertised in the ad is not running.
I was given the argument of natural air conditioning because the hotel is an old building. This is a first. The room was facing the street and the sun was hitting the shutter...Still it was just for my mom who has heart problems.
The lounge seen in photo on Booking was not accessible either.
Something else and not least once the reception is closed and in the evening you are alone in the hotel of the never seen...!
You have to find a mobile number displayed at the bottom in case of problems but nothing in the rooms.
In short, we will not go back.
I would also add that it is quite noisy. Road noise and doors vibrating. Fortunately we were able to wedge the door with our printed train tickets.☺️

CAUTION......SCAM

We booked for 10 hikers in July and paid the sum 250 €; following a serious accident of one of the hikers we cancelled the reservation on time; on the phone the manager confirmed that she would make the refund at the end of July; without effect on her part I managed to get an answer after many reminders by confirming that she would do the necessary quickly!!!!!
To this day, still nothing! this person is a distressing dishonesty!!!

Hello, I can't say about the hotel since I had to cancel the room 72 hours before the date. Only it was July 1st and I still haven't been refunded.
Can't reach anyone by phone even the tourist office can't do anything it's a blast. I sent a registered no reply!After posting a notice as by chance the lady in charge calls me to tell me that she sends me the check in the days of August 22. Today nothing. Madam you were being dishonest, so if you need to stay at this property be careful if you ever need to make a cancellation.
