beautiful discovery

everything was very good, good size room and impeccable cleanliness
However I will bring a small downside regarding hot water because we are told not to waste to be sensitive to the ecology but when we wait more than 5min in pheasants run water to end up having it hot...
the very nice welcome very nice breakfast in a small comfort room

Perfect in every respect

Passing through Amiens on our way to Calais. Spent one night here and we were delighted with our rooms and the breakfast. Very reasonable price and right in the middle of the city, very close to the magnificent cathedral. If we return to Amiens this hotel will be top of the list.

Good.

Welcome very well and good advice. Breakfast is great. The hotel is very well maintained. Just a little thing the room we were in (room 22) the mattress is not top
You can feel my mattress springs.

Unreliable in reservations

A dodgy hotel, don't! I booked a room on 16 June at 16.00 for overnight stay on 18 June and immediately received a confirmation. A day later on June 17 around 2.30 pm also by mail the confirmation that my dog was welcome. But on 17 June at 17.52 suddenly the announcement that my reservation was cancelled due to “unexpected overbooking”. If asked, the cause would be “a delay of a few seconds or a minute” between my reservation and the “update on booking extranet”. How can this only become apparent a good day later, after a nice email about my dog? What poor management! I had to book another hotel in a hurry the night before I left. For comfort I was informed that the cancellation would cost me nothing (sic) and an offer for mitigation / compensation was no longer made: it then remained silent in communication.
