Nice hotel , central location , excellent staff

This hotel has a fantastic location right where you want to be, with a charming, rustic feel . It’s a bit rundown and AC was not working .The reception team is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and breakfast feels cared for with staff who make mornings smoother. Thank you to Ombre at the reception and Marie the lady in charge of the morning breakfast .Overall, it’s a place where the people make the experience feel special.

Avoid

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. More like a hostel than a hotel. The smallest room in an attic with very poor air conditioning. I asked to change but what was offered was no better. My son offered to change rooms but said don’t open the window. Of course I was intrigued and did. I have added photos. Also the hotel is a long walk from the public parking garage so be aware of that.

Overall a good stay at this hotel and would return. Had a “charme” room and it was just like the photos with its little Juliet balcony overlooking the town. The aircon however wasn’t very good at all it was 35c when I stayed and the room can’t have been below 30c most nights had to take the duvet out of the sheet and just sleep with the sheets so don’t expect anything from the aircon. Was surprised to find a fridge but again this didn’t really keep anything cool. The sink wouldn’t hold water and the bath shower was slightly unconventional and definitely mold visible. I felt stuffy the entire stay but ultimately it’s an old building in the old town and it was a very pleasant stay. The stairs up to the 5th floor rooms are spiral staircase and very hard with suitcases, but on checking out we asked the reception to carry our cases for us and they did a great job. Thank you for a lovely stay

Disappointing.

Very small and impractical rooms, two medium-sized pieces of luggage do not fit; even with the elevator, you have to navigate several steps; the air conditioning does not work in the entire hotel; it needs renovation, we decided to move to another hotel.

Too expensive for the service provided.

Hotel not up to a 4-star level; the room and bathroom were cramped, and no cleaning was done in the room; no oversight was conducted by the housekeeper.
Breakfast was just okay; the only positive point is the location.
