Our biggest disappointment with Les Muses was when released we’d left medication at the hotel in their fridge. On telephoning there was a distinct lack of interest. With a response that none were there ( it didn’t seem long enough for anyone to really check the fridge ),I just got told they’d probably been thrown away! No apology! And I fail to understand we weren’t contacted when they realised we left them. My wife’s is prescribed but I myself pay for them and so am out of pocket by £300. Altogether not very satisfactory. We’d picked the hotel to use the restaurant opposite which is very good. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

We came early at 11:00, so our rooms weren't ready which was obviously fine since check in was at 16. We were able to leave the car parked there and went for lunch. When we came back at 16, the women initially told us our rooms still weren't ready, but in the end we got our rooms. The rooms seems to have had some water damage in the bathroom and had some cheap fixes to cover them up. Practically, everything worked, just was a bit funky. The only complaint I really have was I was charged 5 euros for a bottle of water which they neglected to tell me the price.

Our room was really humid (smell humidity).
We discover later that the A/C was leaking water and the carpet was wet.
I don't like in general room with carpet.
The bes was comfortable, but there was no mattress cover. The sheet was directly in the mattress which I find unsanitary

This place has seen better days, but it was just across the beautiful lake and easy access to activities and transit. Breakfast buffet was decent and dinning room opened onto lovely patio.
