An oasis of peace

This apartment is located 300 meters from the beach. Clean and welcoming. The owners are really nice and ready to accommodate any reasonable request. The property accepts dogs. Parking is free, the kitchen equipped. The value of the place is the small garden, stocked with aromatic herbs, including verbena. An oasis of peace. Perfect for a holiday. Amazing value for money.

I highly recommend this address, secure, quiet, clean, everything is functional, well equipped, well appointed space (separate rooms), balcony, terrace, reversible air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, etc...
Garden, secure indoor parking code gate.
4 km from the center of Antibe, with free parking off season until 1/06.

Beautiful property!

We just returned from a trip to the Cote d'Azur and spent several days at L'Orangerie du Cap. I highly recommend this property. None of the apartments have more than one bedroom (although the owners say this will change next year with some additions to the property), so it's probably not appropriate for families. However, it's a wonderful quiet, romantic retreat for couples or a single person who just wants to get away from it all. Pets are welcome. Our kitchen was well equipped (with even an "American" fridge!) and the bed was very comfortable. The TV, for what it's worth, gets three satellites-worth of channels, but you don't go to the Cap d'Antibes to watch television.
Residents mind their own business here, exchanging little more than a polite "Bonjour" with each other. This is nice. They're not snooty or stand-offish; they're just respecting each other's privacy. If you're a social gadfly and just love to start up conversations with strangers, this is probably not the place for you.
The property is locked up between about 11pm and 6am. You get a passcode to the gate if you want to stay our later or leave earlier.
Each apartment is assigned a spacious parking spot in a garage.
The managers are very nice, very helpful. The husband speaks quite good English.
