I would not recommend this host or appartment to anybody!
The adress stated on Hotels.com is not at all where the appartment is actually located. We booked it as it seemed close to the city centre and beaches but it turned out the actual place was more than 5 km away.
On top of that the appartment was not cleaned when we got there. Trash, spill on the floors, dirty dishes and a scent of Indian restaurant in the whole appartment, just to mention some examples. We had to spent a good 1h to clean the place ourselves. When we highlighted this to the host (with pictures) they just told us we should have booked a hotel if we expected something else.
Avoid this place and host at all cost is my sincere recommendation!

Et ça se dit professionnel...

Alors que mes parents sont partis ce matin à 10h (6h de route) pour s’y rendre avec mes enfants, leur réservation a été annulée par le responsable après qu’ils l’aient appelé pour le prévenir d’un retard dû aux bouchons. Prétexte de ce dernier : les CGV sont claires, pas d’arrivée après 19h.
Bien que sachant que mes parents arrivaient avec 4 jeunes enfants (2,3,4 et 7 ans), ce « grand » monsieur n’a pas hésité à annuler la réservation bien avant même la date limite. Fainéantise, irresponsabilité ou trop riche??? aucun état d’âme pour les enfants, vous faites honte à votre profession.
J’ai le triste déshonneur de voir que je suis la première à commenter votre site et j’ai compris pourquoi.

UNE HONTE À PROSCIRE

Alors que nous sortons à peine d'un confinement interminable. Nous réservons pour un week-end prolongé. Comment un responsable alors que nous sommes dans les bouchons peut d'initiative annuler une réservation le jour même car on va arrivé trop tard à son goût... De plus totalement incorrect aucune compassion. D'après lui il faut lire les conditions générales de vente. Vraiment dégouté d'entendre une personne comme ça qui se dit commerçant
