This hotel is worth zn 4 stars
- Very attentive, helpful, friendly staff, family atmosphere, Edviche is like a mom to guests
- Premium room has a good, wide bed with panoramic views, see photo. Good shower.
- Breakfast = extensive buffet with local fresh produce
- Lovely spa = hammam and sauna and plunge pool
- Drinks are not included and pricey (the wine is therefore top notch)

Disappointing
Hotel presented as 4 stars but which corresponds more to a 3-star in our opinion, with services generally below expectations.
Positive points: very welcoming and available staff, quiet hotel, clean room, dogs accepted, good quality breakfast, beautiful view from the restaurant terrace.
Negative points: old-fashioned establishment and very small rooms, with an additional room overlooking an unpleasant forest path. Absence of coffee/tea in the room. Disappointing value for money with numerous supplements (breakfast ~30€/pers, spa 21€/pers, dog supplement 11€/day, very expensive drinks). Very small spa with access limited to a passageway. Decent restaurant with good products but far from being gourmet as advertised.
Overall decent experience but disappointing considering the price and the positioning.

Comfort and tranquility
We booked via a Box and really no worries for dates (and yet school holiday period).
Our room was very good, clean, quiet including a nice Italian shower and a small balcony with great views of the mountains.
I really enjoyed the family side of the hotel, the people are really adorable and kind!!!
The breakfast buffet was also great, a real treat with local produce. Many choices with salty and sweet.
We also had the chance to dine at the gourmet restaurant.
A very nice discovery of flavors!
