The apartment was very clean and new. Nice furnishings. However the heater is not working very strongly and there’s no toiletries provided but they gave us a soap after we requested. Overall stay was comfortable. Good location, able to ski in and out easily. Plenty of parking.

SKI THEFT
EYE! Last week, I had my skis stolen from the locker, protected with combination lock and key mechanism and unforced.
It has to be thought that it could be the staff of the residence, someone with access to the codes that keep it in the reception of the hotel without being locked and since they only work from 9 to 11 and from 17 to 19... always this empty, or someone with a master key.
They don't let you put the skis in the apartment, they force you to leave them in the ski storage room and when they are stolen they are not responsible. There's no video surveillance and everyone works with the codes... However with a screwdriver it could be opened....
LAGRANGE VACANCES is not responsible....
The media campaign and legal complaint process begins here.
They don't have a claim sheet, the gendarmerie takes your report but even they tell you to solve it with your insurance.......
A disgrace!
Of course, I have friends who have been clients for 10 years and have lived with me this situation, never for them again.
Everyone there.....tomorrow can happen to you.....

A nugget in the Pyrenees
The residence is ideally placed and simply splendid compared to the residences that are generally found in the Pyrenees.
We had a 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms/sde, with a gigantic terrace overlooking the mountain and the blue slope that passes at the foot of the ski room.
Nice decor, neat, professional and friendly welcome.
A holiday on top!

Ugh...we won't come back, but I think they don't care
We booked through a CE. Nice apartment in appearance.
Ground floor seen parking, without curtains apart from the blackout curtains... unpleasant welcome, fairly dirty accommodation, dust bunnies in the corners, traces of dirt on the walls, hair and dirt in the bathroom, unwashed floor, traces of tomato on the work surface... Really very poor hygiene, then.
Accommodation with connecting door to another apartment, so little privacy.
The hotel services saw fit to thoroughly clear the snow from the terraces for two days, so there was incessant engine noise, a shame to enjoy the calm of the mountains, not to mention the smell of gasoline which diffuses throughout the room. hotel and surrounding areas... plus the comings and goings of staff in front of the room and the living room, without any privacy I repeat...

We were upgraded to a parking lot view and a noisy apartment!
The accommodation does not correspond to our reservation.
The staff is very rude and does not try to find solutions.
