Excellent staff
They have been at the little care at the top of the top and very available.
The hotel has 2 stars but deserves even more due to the quality and care.
A clean room, a quality mattress and the big plus an Air Conditioning.
Breakfast is very qualitative and very hearty in a very cheerful environment with a small terrace very well arranged.
The hotel is very well located close to the city center, the train station and the sea.
VERY GOOD PRICE QUALITY RATIO.

Disastrous
When we arrived, the room was in an intolerable state: hair in bed, unhygienic fridge, sand and crumbs in storage, and a stained mattress and totally collapsed in the middle. Nothing was clean or comfortable, it is unacceptable for a hotel.
When I had to cut my stay short for serious personal reasons, the receptionist made it clear that the owner could accept an exceptional refund, and it was at that point, leaving the hotel, that I made my request via Booking.
However, my messages remained unanswered for several days. I have tried to contact the property several times by phone, without success. Strangely, it was only when I called with another number that the receptionist finally answered immediately. Even after that, my writings were only taken into account after several messages and only when I began to point out that I would share my disastrous experience in their hotel.
Finally, the owner claimed that the refund was “impossible” because of the terms and conditions, whereas Booking and the receptionist himself had confirmed to me that it was entirely possible. Dishonesty and blatant contempt for customers.
In short: dirty, uncomfortable hotel, with manipulative and disrespectful direction. Absolutely fleeing.
