A huge disappointment!
A setting and a building with charm and from the period. What a shame that the maintenance and the furnishings are more than mediocre. Dust on all the furniture, no consistent style, Louis XV mixed with Empire mixed with Romanesque type....
The windows in the rooms must not have been cleaned since the last century....
The spa.. a pool with totally white opaque water, might as well say that the balance shouldn't be checked, the pump makes huge noises in the jets so air intake and poor filtration, the jacuzzi works for 1 min and goes into F1 fault mode, and watch out for the color of the water. Forced to call the front desk in the middle of the night because at 3 a.m. young people had been screaming in the pool for over 2 hours, and despite them knowing about the problem, no commercial gesture at payment! Oh wait, the refusal of payment by digital vacation vouchers even though we had been told during booking that it was only the paper version.
One last point, the bedding is totally horrible and promises a good backache.
A thank you all the same for the room upgrade done by the young man at the front desk who is irreproachable.

Delicious!
A sea bream accompanied by fries and caponata, light, refreshing, and simply exquisite. I loved the main course but the dessert was above my expectations. Probably the best chocolate mousse I have ever eaten!
The service is welcoming but above all smiling and pleasant! And the view of the pool is superb!
I highly recommend it!

An unforgettable experience in a timeless place.
We also ate very well. The dining experience is of high quality, in an elegant and soothing setting.
The pool is huge and invites relaxation. As for the castle, it exudes a unique atmosphere. It is a timeless place where one feels the history, calm, and authenticity at every moment.
We slept wonderfully. A true haven of peace.
An exceptional address that we recommend & we will return with great pleasure.
