Excellent experience

We stayed in Room 115 and it was splendid! Bathtub, shower, living room, large and spacious bedroom.
Good breakfast and very kind reception staff!

Terrible experience!

Run from this hotel! Nothing works well: the air conditioning, the distribution of towels, the amenities... nothing. Everything is old, weary and torn. They work with the Guest Reservation, who are true gangsters: be specially careful about this! Complaining to the manager of the hotel about all the problems and dishonesty was like speaking to a wall. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Avoid as much as possible!

Overrated hotel. .

The air conditioning didn't work—absolutely terrible in 35-degree heat. Unbearable. Old and worn out; there was a bad smell in both the room and the hallway. Tiny pool. This is not a 4 stars standard

Impeccable welcome and service, room cleanliness, and top-notch breakfast with a variety of quality products.

I recommend it 1000%.

A hotel where you feel at home... The staff takes great care of you and is incredibly kind.
We had a suite and it had a terrace with a superb view of Avignon.
The breakfast is really great... everything is fresh and there is a wide variety of products.
I recommend it 1000%. This is the second time I have been there and I would certainly go back
The rooftop pool... the little extra... it is not too big but that avoids having 40 people in it...
