Apt #505 booked via Agoda/Mont Blanc. Avoid! Many broken/missing items, inc duvets/pillows! Dirty. Company don't respond

Apartment 505 booked via Agoda / Mont Blanc. Dreadful state. Only 1 duvet/pillows provided (apartment sleeps 4) so sleepless night. Phone calls & emails in 1st 24 hours failed to resolve this. Shower & toilet broken, bathroom radiator rusty & not working. Layers of dust in toilet area. Kettle unusable - no cable. Fridge door storage unusable - shelf missing. Insufficient crockery (only 2 mugs, cups, wine glasses, etc). Underbed drawer full of litter, thick dust & fluff. Floors not cleaned to edges / in corners. Not made clear bed linen & towels not included - got email as we landed at Geneva pointing this out & saying we could rent some - phoned immediately & emailed/phoned several times over next 24 hours, they said they'd sort it, but didn't. Left list of problems on table when we left, also emailed complaint when arrived home - they haven't even acknowledged it let alone apologised or issue a refund. (Only good thing was that the main reception in the building, Pierres et Vacances, very kindly rented us duvets, bed linen & towels, even tho it was not their responsibility). A shame as apartment is well-located, small but basic, serves its purpose. But filthy, tatty & unkempt & booking agency unhelpful & unresponsive.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Has to be the worst excuse of a room. Told it was professionally cleaned before we arrived. Room was not habitable due to toxic mould and mess.
Blood all over bathroom wall. Toxic mould meaning bathroom could t be used. Shower connection was broken and so didn’t even have a shower.
Dirt all over floor and beds. Checking deck closed so could not complain on the day. Charged a cleaning fee which is an utter joke.

Not as bad as expected after reading reviews but could be improved

We stayed in a one bed apartment with alcove.
The positives were the apartment was very spacious with a separate bath and shower room.
The kitchen was reasonably equipped and the towels and bedding were clean.
There were two large balconies with views across the resort.
It was good ski in/out.
The negatives: the apartment was dated with broken cupboards and radiators and it wasn't overly clean.
We were advised on booking that we would be able to pay on arrival for a late check out but this was dismissed on arrival.
As the reception isn't always open we were unable to leave our luggage in store while we ski'd on the last day as there was no way to access the luggage room when reception was closed so one of us had to stay behind with the bags.
They say that transport is free to get to and from the hotel but we could not get through on the number provided. So we had to sort this ourselves.
Although it was reasonably priced things could have been better.

Perfect ski in/out , but won't be returning

First the positives : - (1) perfect ski out and in (2) well equipped kitchen including dishwasher , teatowels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, full sized fridge, pan scrub (3) supermarket very nearby (4) good central heating (5) bath with shower above (6) toilet in same room as sink..... quite rare in France! (7) door between the bedrooms.
The negatives : - (1) very noisy, lots of partying until the early hours most nights (2) uncomfortable sofa bed (3) ski lockers very narrow and deep, difficult to reach skis unless you have long arms (4) no safe in the room although the people next door but one did have one (5) dusty (6) keycode for entering boot room from outside, but there was a permanently open door a few yards to the left that anyone could walk into (7) no hairdryer (8) we went with Crystal and the ski hire they recommended was a long way away

Zombie apocalypse

Whatever you do, never go there in your life! The booking was a disaster from start to finish. The evening before, we got a strange phone call and nobody knows who it was... probably the zombies who live there! The lady said we couldn't stay one night, but we could stay two nights, even though everything was available! There's no one up there! No shops are open and the houses have already been taken over by animals. It stinks like hell in there! She doesn't show you the rooms until you've signed the contract! The first moment we saw it, we just wanted to run away! It's the horror of horrors and that's an understatement! There really is nothing up there except these dilapidated buildings!
