Magnificent Hotel with Magnificent Staff.
We spent 5 nights at the amazing La Reserve de Beaulieu Hotel. From the moment you arrive, you can see that this is a very special hotel. The interior designs throughout the entire hotel are simply stunning and perfectly done.
Everything is perfect, all looks to be new, and then there are all the great staff. From checking in, through to concierge, the F&B staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Location is perfect, over looking the Azure, watching the yatchs do by.
Food is 5*..... highly recommend either of their restaurants. Thank you for making our stay so very special. ♥️ Mark & Lottie

My dream Hotel
Absolutely the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The location was right on the water. I loved the service and old world charm of the hotel. Extremely professional old school style hoteliers. I felt very well looked after and rested after my 3 night stay. The hotel was so enjoyable it made it difficult to leave the compound. Sure it’s not cheap but I’m happy to pay for a hotel that really delivers. Super clean and well appointed bathrooms with the most divine products and soaps. Good sized, super quiet and comfortable rooms with blackout curtains, excellent quality linens and bedding. Staff were always polite and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive with the very best pané chocolaté I’ve every eaten in France.

An exceptional stay
Our stay at La Réserve de Beaulieu was simply exceptional. Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. The hotel is magnificent, refined, and elegant, with a unique atmosphere that is both warm and luxurious.
The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet, and highly professional. Each staff member contributed to making our stay memorable. The view is splendid, the setting is peaceful, and every detail is carefully thought out for the comfort of the guests.
If we had to mention a tiny detail for improvement, it would perhaps be the presence of a steamer for clothes in the rooms, which would be very practical for a hotel of this standard.
Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect. A big thank you to the entire team.

Elegant but Dull, Nasty Owner
Elegant but extraordinarily boring. Pool area is very pretty but nothing going on. Evening lounge has a piano player but minimal customers. When I had an emergency at home and had to leave the owner himself refused to accommodate me and charged the full balance for the rest of my overpriced stay. Wouldn’t even compromise. If you want a similar hotel go down the street to the du Cap. If you want more going on don’t go to either. The rooms are nice but small.

We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly as your dissatisfaction appears to stem from our inability to accommodate certain requests.
As outlined in the reservation terms and conditions that you accepted at the time of booking, your request for an early departure without charge could not be approved. Consequently, the remaining nights of your reservation were charged in accordance with these agreed cancellation conditions.
Furthermore, prior to your arrival, our Concierge team devoted considerable time and attention to organising your stay, responding individually to each of your numerous requests, with no fewer than 136 email exchanges dedicated to ensuring every detail of your visit was carefully arranged.
During your stay, several third-party services that had been arranged on your behalf, including restaurant reservations and a private guide, were cancelled after the applicable cancellation deadlines had passed. As a result, the corresponding cancellation charges remained payable.
We would also like to point out that, throughout your stay, you expressed your satisfaction with our hotel directly to members of our team. It was only after being presented with the invoice reflecting the charges for the unused nights, in accordance with the agreed booking conditions, that you made a number of threatening remarks regarding our hotel and its reputation, in the presence of several members of our staff.
Despite these circumstances, our teams remained courteous, professional and respectful throughout your stay and until your departure.
At "La Réserve de Beaulieu", we remain deeply committed to delivering the highest standards of hospitality while applying, fairly and transparently, the booking terms and conditions accepted by each of our valued guests.
