5-star experience in a Beautiful Setting
We had an excellent stay at Cedre Beaune which served as our home base while traveling to vineyards for winetasting in Bourgogne. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the city center where you’ll find great restaurants, shops and a pedestrian area. The service all-around was 5-star and the room was clean and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. We loved the buffet breakfast with an assortment of fruit, cheese, yogurt, fresh juices, pastries, eggs, sausage, etc. The outdoor terrace is just beautiful and a pleasant setting for dining or simply a glass of wine in the evening.
In terms of service, room, dining options, and amenities, the hotel was a very good value. We will definitely return to Cedre Beaune for future stays!

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Beaune
Cèdre immediately feels like a luxury hotel without being overly formal or pretentious. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches in the room for both adults and children, it was clear that guest experience is a priority. The hotel is beautifully presented, ideally located within easy walking distance of the centre of Beaune, and the quality of both the food and cocktails was exceptional.
We had originally planned to dine in Beaune, but after seeing the hotel’s Restaurant Gastronomique, we decided to book a table there instead—and we’re very pleased we did. We opted for the five-course tasting menu, whilst the children ordered from the children’s menu. Every dish was beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed by all four of us, with both children happily trying many of the tasting courses and even enjoying the amuse-bouche. In hindsight, we would probably have chosen the à la carte menu instead, simply because the overall dining experience was a little too lengthy for our family on this occasion. The quality of the food was never in question.
Breakfast offered an excellent selection and was one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced in France.
Overall, Cèdre exceeded our expectations and is a hotel we’d happily return to. It’s an excellent base for exploring Beaune, or an excellent stop off if you’re heading south and one I’d recommend without hesitation.

A very well-located property with a friendly and helpful staff I would recommend a stay in Paris at this hotel for convenience to most attractions of interest and friendly service.

Cedre Beaune is a wonderful surprise. It is the perfect combination of historical features and newly renovated functionality. Our tom was spacious with an upstairs nook. The staff were exceptional - the concierge scored us a private cellar visit and wine tasting as well as dinner reservations at short notice - and the restaurant (1 Michelin star) is delightful. Highly recommend.
