Parking and hotel amenities good. Convenient for restaurants and shops.
Bar open til 11pm BUT dont try to order at drink at the bar if its approaching 11pm. The manger will bite your head off and she will only serve you a nonalcoholic drink.
We assume she likes to cash up the til and restock the bar so that she can go home 11am on the dot😬.
She was equally as rude to her staff!

Nice modern hotel with parking and swimming pool. Well located
near the old town. Our room was a bit old, but maybe we were un Lucky. I recommande this hotel.

Poorly managed hotel.

Total disappointment, very poorly managed hotel. Upon our arrival, I considered charging my electric vehicle, but the 4 spots were occupied by a German truck that was charging and taking up 2 spots, one vehicle was charging and a gas car was hogging a space. At the reception, the agent told us that it was not their responsibility and that she did not know who the phantom occupant was. Then, it is now 12:05 AM and under our first-floor window, a group of people are smoking, talking loudly, and drinking wine in front of the hotel entrance, while the bar is closed at 11:00 PM.
This is unacceptable.
I will report this to the Accor club and to the Ibis management.

Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration concernant les bornes de recharge. Leur occupation, notamment par un véhicule thermique et l'impossibilité de vous apporter une réponse satisfaisante à la réception, ne reflètent pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir.
Nous regrettons également les nuisances sonores que vous avez subies durant la nuit. Le calme de nos clients est une priorité, et cette situation est inacceptable. Votre remarque sera transmise à notre équipe afin de renforcer la vigilance de notre personnel lors de la fermeture du bar et aux abords de l'établissement.
Nous vous présentons nos plus sincères excuses pour ces désagréments et vous remercions de nous avoir alertés. Vos commentaires seront partagés avec la direction afin que des mesures correctives soient mises en place.
Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de regagner votre confiance lors d'un prochain séjour.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was very helpful. It was easy to walk to all the attractions in town. We would certainly recommend it to other travelers.

Very good value for the money. Room a bit tight but bathroom and bed good which, for one night, is more than adequate. Good central location too.
