Very nice location but Service is not up to standard
No tour of the room. We are just informed that it is open and the key is inside.
At the entrance to the room, traces of dirt, grass debris and many cobwebs clearly visible above the bed, between the feet of the nightstands, under the armchairs where they hung with dust, proof that cleaning had not been done for a while.
In the shower, a bottle of shower gel spilled and traces of drops in front of the toilet!
By the pool, impossible to land on the deckchairs that were littered with bird turds...
The next morning, there's still no person in charge for breakfast. We must look for a place between crumbs and dirty bowls and plates not cleared after the passage of customers. Is it normal for a family who arrived shortly after us to be forced to wash cups themselves for breakfast?
There is no more coffee, no more fruit, no cured meats and no trace of the regional products indicated in the specifications!
Arrival of the manager. He says he doesn’t know how to prepare coffee and advises us to use the Nespresso machine. An antique! An old yellow plastic machine that crushes capsules instead of drilling them!
In short, apart from bread and jam, he won’t offer us any of the regional specialties we expected or anything else! And will settle in the kitchen on a chair with his phone.
An hour later, leaving... no one... the table has still not been cleared of its 14 dirty bowls and plates... we leave...
It goes without saying that this place is beautiful both in terms of buildings and exceptional views.
Unfortunately, the Service and has deteriorated considerably since last year and is no longer up to what one would expect from such an establishment!
