Good hotel in city centre

Great location in city centre. Subway stations are nearby with access to airport. Our room has lovely balcony and small kitchen. There is supermarket 5 mins walk that we got our bread, wine and snacks. The only criticism I have is the reception wasn’t very welcoming and provided as wrong information once.

Really clean and modern space with lots of room for the 3 of us. Seperate day bed/ single bed in the area and a shutter to divide it more into 2 rooms for sleeping if needed.
Great location next to Starbucks and easy walk to main streets. Also next to a shopping mall that has an amazing supermarket in for all supplies and more!
Plus only 13 Euros to airport from here in an Uber or can walk to tram Merideck (5 mins) and get tram to airport for 2 euros each person.

The apartment is in excellent location. We sent email requesting courtyard view rooms but when we arrived it wasn’t allocated and the receptionist managed to find us one room out of two we booked.
The check in was bit indifferent and thenext day we were given wrong tram information by the receptionist that cost us time and money. With Bordeaux heat, the room a/c was a relief but struggled to cope at night.
Not enough pillows for three person room too!

Parking.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment hotel. However, the parking lot dedicated to the hotel was no longer available. We parked our car at the Gambetta parking lot across from the hotel. No partnership, we paid 24 euros for 20 hours of parking.

Always on top.

We stayed at this hotel a year ago (see my detailed comment from August 2025) and we are still delighted to return. The welcome remains top-notch with a big thank you to Florence for her customer service
We will definitely return!!!
