Awesome stay

beautiful rooms with parquet flooring, absolutely clean, the hotel is very central for visiting this great City, the staff is very friendly

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location

The best part of the hotel was its opulent room. A huge king size bed, enormous bathroom opening to a balcony, and plush bathrobes and slippers. We had plenty of room for a rollout bed for our child. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk into the shopping area, numerous cafes close by and to the river. If you have a car there’s a paid parking garage across the street from the hotel.

Mixed experience!

The building is in a good location and in an excellent state of renovation. The room rate of € 345/night is consistent with that.
The management, on the other hand, is more at a youth hostel level. Because of a surgery, I arrived on crutches. Not a single question as to whether someone could help me with my suitcase. In the room there were coffee powder packets, not a Nespresso machine at that price. And the delivery of breakfast to the room was also supposed to be charged extra.

There is an underground parking if front of the hotel. It would be helpful if the hotel had an arrangement with the parking owners to reserve spaces and discount daily parking costs.

Beautiful place close to the city center and the Public Garden. Special mention for the SPA

A beautiful establishment, a top-notch SPA/JACUZZI area, and a perfect location in the center of Bordeaux. Comfortable bedding.
A downside regarding the size of the room (advertised as 16m2 but not very practical and lacking storage space). A good point for the separate toilets.
Unfriendly night staff. Decent breakfast. Public underground parking (paid) right next door.
