A must-see address in Brioude
This family "house" is outsized by the kindness of its Welcoming its immense professionalism. Upon arrival you are greeted with a smile, a word full of solicitude that makes you think that you are "the privileged host".
The rooms, few in number, either with private terrace on the ground floor or with a balcony terrace upstairs, are spacious with seating area, very clean and each with a concern for personalized decoration down to the smallest detail. A calm, relaxing and serene comfort.
The breakfast buffet is full and offers excellent local products, including very special handmade jams, including jam of cître, of extreme sweetness.
As for the restaurant, everything is perfect: the dishes are always very nicely prepared, tasty and hearty; the most punctuate the meal: in the preamble, hearty and refined appetizers, and at the time of dessert, a basket of fresh seasonal fruits and fresh homemade petitfours as an accompaniment to the dessert chosen.
Now it is time to talk again about the professionalism, the very kindness and the attention of all to the well-being of the guests: a remarkable and exceptional level that deserves to be absolutely highlighted.
