Pleasant experience

I ate at the hotel restaurant, it was very very good!!
Congratulations to the cook!
The glass of wine was generous.
Very nice staff...

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid; tiny room, 3 coat hooks behind the TV, impossible to place your suitcase. The bathroom is tiny, with a sink wedged between the wall and the shower wall. Tiny shower with a door that is impossible to close, broken wheel.
Mini breakfast. A few reheated mini croissants, very few different breads, tables not cleared regularly.
Unannounced closed restaurant.
Kyriad hotels were reputed a few years ago, but they have significantly declined for some time now. One wonders how they earn stars!

We have never stayed in such a small room, there was a double bed with about 18" all round a small wardrobe and small ensuit with a shower. We could barly move round the room and kept gettinng in each others way, it would probably be ok for short one night stopover. Th only consolation for us and the reason we stayed was it was across the road from the event we were attending, how ever we would not stay there again.
