So disappointed and obviously we are the customers the liars! Fortunately I have the pictures
We finally had to contact the fire department ourselves. It was only when they began to break into the door of the technical room or a huge whistle sounded that the supervisor finally WOKE! Yes yes he slept in and heard nothing neither the alarm that lasted at least 10 minutes nor the whistle that continued in his premises yet he slept in the hotel and all the guests were well awake them and outside in the cold for 2h30!
I obviously have all the evidence, photos to support (i put 3 but speak for itself) but BnB no longer answers me. They tell me about a
technical malfunction It's
really too easy: I strongly advise against this establishment. The feeling of insecurity was total.
I'm not even talking about the coffee pods that I had to go to the reception when I had paid extra to have them in my room. It's only a detail, but added to the serious lack of security, it's a lot
Obviously bnb replies that it is a malfunction for the fire alarm but what about the 30/40 calls made to the emergency kiosk and where no one answered?? Maybe a malfunction?
