Relaxing massage was top-notch

My husband and I had a massage, each with a massage therapist
I was with Chloé and my husband with another massage therapist
We both really enjoyed the service a lot
They both have magic fingers
Chloe is very gentle and her massages did me a lot of good
Furthermore, she gave me a few little tips that I will apply at home
I highly recommend it

First disappointment for an ACCOR hotel.

A beautiful hotel, quite well located. First time we have been disappointed by a stay at an Accor group hotel: staff not smiling, or absent. A pool and spa left to be self-managed by guests: no rules respected by families: jumping and diving in the pool, the jacuzzi, although forbidden to those under 16, sometimes looked like a wading pool with very young children inside...
A foul odor in the hallway and in our room, the interior doors of the room that do not close: they get stuck!
An overpriced breakfast compared to what is offered on the buffet.
For lunch or dinner, no restaurant nearby.

* Disappointing reception – it does not make one feel welcome!

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.
Despite having checked in online beforehand, we had to wait a long time at the reception. However, the reception was particularly disappointing: Although we had lined up normally, several other guests were served before us. When we inquired, the staff member at the reception pointed out in an unfriendly tone that we would have to wait and were not yet in line. This behavior was incomprehensible to us. Additionally, there were significant communication difficulties, making the situation even more uncomfortable.
A friendly reception is our first impression of a hotel – and unfortunately, this one completely failed. We did not feel welcome and will therefore not book this hotel again.

Impossible to rest

The housekeeper has been making noise and slamming doors since 9 AM despite our polite request; the reception responds that it is normal because she has 80 rooms to clean!!! Disrespectful towards the customer on the part of the reception

Avoid it, there are so many better options that are much cheaper.

Miserable hotel. Laundry carts constantly in the hallways. The mini bar consists of an empty mini fridge. No kettle, not even a single tea bag. Bedding of 140x200, I was unaware that this still existed!!! No service either in the room or at the bar (30 minutes to hope for a drink). In short, it is a total scam, except for the hipsters who love to be seen at the Spa.
