Ovaj hotel udaljen je samo 5 minuta hoda od centra Calvija i ima sezonski vanjski bazen s panoramskim pogledom na more i planine. Također ima hidromasažnu kadu, saunu i fitness sobu. Klimatizirane sobe opremljene su TV-om ravnog ekrana.

Arrived - “you’ve been upgraded”
It wasn’t an upgrade.
Full sized fridge freezer in the room which was noisy.
1 double, 1 sofa bed (renamed taco bed)
Dining table - why? It did prove useful for the ironing mat though.
Roman blind on one window didn’t work as the strings had been removed.
Sink plug impossible to remove using the lever on the tap. So we stole a knife from the dining room in order to pry it out.
The patio doors didn’t lock. Raised this with reception and was met with “it doesn’t matter”.
The sliding bathroom door didn’t slide, neither did the wardrobe doors without a lot of effort.
Asked daily to change rooms as the taco bed was playing havoc with my back and was met with “we’re full”. Considering I’d made the reservation in January for a “deluxe twin” you’d be mistaken for thinking it would be a done deal.
Tv shocking. No satellite connection or casting available.
Street facing in front of a busy junction. Noisy.
Pool nice. But at times beds taken up by locals to the detriment of guests.
Towels easy to get - exchange for the tickets issued at reception and return at the end of the day.
Pool bar closes at 8pm. Can recommend the Greek salad however 250ml of bottled beer at €4 is pushing it.
Housekeeping excellent.
Breakfast was good. The usual fare, lots of fruit which was appreciated. Didn’t try the bacon or sausages because the bacon looked like it had been cremated and the sausages were mini hotdogs which isn’t a preference of mine. They do have a hot plate where you can fry eggs, which is a bit nifty.
Sliced bread was far too sweet but the baguettes were delicious.
3 choices of fruit juice and bottled water.
The hotel is a maze, we’d just about cracked getting around on day five!
Would we return? No. It’s expensive for what you get (as is Corsica in general which we knew having been before) and we’d be hesitant to recommend. Service with a smile doesn’t exist here, except for the staff at the pool who were lovely.
Spiga next to the hotel does fantastic sandwiches and salads.

Hotel to recommend
Very pleasant staff, very decent and well-stocked breakfast. Take the 3rd floor for an unobstructed view.
