Absolutely worth considering

Excellent accommodation, incredible price: 150 euros for a day for 4 people in two double rooms with 2 bathrooms and a toilet shared between the two rooms. Very beautiful structure also from the outside with private parking. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Very kind hosts. A stone's throw from the port of Cancale, home of oysters. The only flaw is the poor shower soap.

Tlc needed

This hotel, is in desperate need of some tlc, the sheets had been patched. There were no additional facilities in the room, I.e glasses or hairdryer, two of the electrical sockets did not work. The towels were so thin you could see light through them. The toilet was separate from the bathroom with no additional ventilation.

Very disappointing

Cold welcome, no communication with the hosts, except to give us instructions. Old room, bed base board, cramped bathroom with two small soaps packed as sole toiletries and towels that have already lived well. Hearty breakfast, but with industrial products (pancakes, ham, jams).
This is not at all what you would expect in a B&B.

a not to book otherwise surprise

We booked in April 3 rooms for 5 walkers for September 30; 2 days before the date of our arrival, Mrs. Fouré telephones that she cannot accommodate us and sends us back to a friend; there, 2 km from the center of Cancale, one of the rooms has 2 bunk beds children for 2 adults over 70 (impassable scale)... the Award remains the same with obligation to pay in cash! (her friend moreover very helpful, helped her as she could)...
Mme Fouré de la Mansardière laughed at us( 5 walkers)
It is better to book somewhere safer if you want to sleep...

Disappointing. Cold and commercial reception

Cold and only functional welcome. Old, poorly equipped room. Low-end breakfast: Lidl jam and pancakes in bags!!! Not what you expect from a guest house. No sign of sympathy or interest in customers. To flee !!
