Florella studio Rue Henri Paschke Cannes

I had lovely week at Florella flat in Cannes. Honestly, the whole experience, from booking to check out was smooth and effortless.
I was assisted with all queries immediately.
The flat is lovely- cosy, clean, very close to the beach and shops. And at the same time, located in quite residential area. So that it’s easy to relax.
I highly recommend and will surely be back again.

The ideal solution in Cannes

Strategic apartment in the center of Cannes, equipped with all amenities, 3 floors although no elevator no problem, quiet, bright, and very close to the beach, in our 831 perfect.

Run away! Disaster. Very difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation, once found the door code communicated was not the right one, in the end once opened, and on the landing of the apartment, broken key safe and no key. Owner not reachable, portable inaccessible while Airbnb indicates reachable H24. At 11 pm with children and elderly, we are stuck in the street in front of Cannes train station badly famous and impossible to find a hotel room this Easter weekend. An Italian couple was also in the same situation as us. They had booked on Booking. Also, no information given to park the car and impossible to find parking spaces near the address. In short, the whole concept is to be reviewed, hoping that Air bnb blacklist this place and their unscrupulous managers.

I was there for the Filmfestival. Fantastic location. Great appartement, lot of space, clean, very well organized and equiped. only the wifi was not so strong. everything worked perfectly well. highly recommanded.

Great location spacious but minor details need fixing

Pros: Quiet and comfortable my friend and I both had great nights sleep. Excellent location 2 mins walk to Old Port area and restaurants. 2 mins walk to local bus station. 4 minutes walk to the lovely Plage du Midi. Late night takeaway available 3 mins walk on Rue Georges Clemenceau. 10 minutes walk to Cannes Railway station. Sofa bed provided was huge about king size and very comfortable. We had the superior apartment which had an outside seating area. Air conditioning was provided which was effective.
The apartment was modern and fresh. There were just some items were attention to detail are required. There was a broken shower door off the rail, wall damaged in bathroom and skirting board loose in kitchen. Heater in the bathroom did not work. There was also no clock in the apartment.
