Perfect apartment in top location

This was our third stay as a family in a Florella property in Cannes. As we have come to expect from this very professional company, the apartment was charming, tastefully decorated and exceptionally well equipped.
The location adjacent to the Hotel de Ville at the foot of Le Suquet with the exquisite Marche Foureville a matter of a few metres from your front door makes this a perfect base. The balcony looks up to the tower and across to the Palais des Festival and harbour.
Thank you Florella. We’ll be back.

Denied Voucher to rebook same dates next year

We were FORCED to cancel our stay at Florella Residence this year due to Covid. We also had to cancel the rest of our 24 day Europe trip. THE ONLY hotel, Airbnb, Private Rental & flight NOT to give us a full refund or voucher was the Florella Felix Faure. This was booked through Expedia who reached out for us to obtain the refund/voucher and were denied. Plenty of other wonderful places to spend your vacation in Cannes, My parents and the other couple both received vouchers in full for their Cannes accommodations and have already rebooked with them for the 2021 season. We were the only unlucky ones and yes theirs along with the rest of our trip were all booked as "non-refundable" but given the current landscape of the economy refunds or vouchers were still given for all but this one. AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Absolutely amazing

Oh my God what an amazing place to stay. The apartment is completely new inside and super well decorated! The location of the apartment couldn’t be any better. The only negative mark is the super late check in (4pm) and super early check out (10am). I will be back ... for sure!!

Excellent Find

Excellent location for the Port and Old Town with bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Apartment was lovely, clean, modern and well equipped. We arrived late evening and was easily accessible. Would definitely go back and recommend :)

A gem in Cannes

I stayed here with my niece, who is attending the International College in Cannes. What a fabulous apartment! It is super clean and centrally located in the city. I arrived from the Nice airport via bus, and we walked to the apartment - thanks to rolling suitcases! I was even able to manage to climb the apartment steps to the second floor with a 40 pound suitcase!! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures - a full kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, stove/oven and clothes washer. It has all the cooking and eating equipment included. I have a large king size bed in the bedroom, and she has the queen size pull out couch in the living room. Both are super comfy, and the linens are crispy white, clean smelling and perfect.
The apartment is walking distance to all, with many great restaurants and bars right outside the door. The waterfront in less than 1 block away.
We took the train to Antibes today, what a picturesque French town! Much less commercial than Cannes, and more historical looking buildings. It was only a 15 minute train ride which put us in the centre ot town and we strolled along the waterfront and and wandered the historical streets.
I was hesitant to tell the world how great this apartment is in Cannes, because I definetly would love to stay here again, and am afraid it will now be booked all the time!!! I can't say enough great things about it, extremely happy.
