Allways perfect!!

For me and my family it remains the best choice in cannes. Owner tamara and radu can advise you for all tou need ro know arround cannes, kindly people .
Very good located , very good location for family with children , complet equipated for a perfect long nice trip on that nice area

The best !!! Excelent place!!

Excelent located, very clean, all staff so friendly, able to help all your needs, polite, congratulations to the owner!!
Becouse the location is so near to the pietonal street, and so near to the sea we never used the car, just walked 1 minute and get on the main street , 2 minutes far from promenada brand street, believe me i walked just on high heels all my vacations and i was so happy!!
We found excelent , elegant and clean apartment, all so new and modern, and allways when we went back all so clean and nice smelling!!
It was my favourite time of the day, after one beautifull sunny day to beach, going back in residence , getting fresh air, clean smell and drinking my coffee !!! After one day of full summer beach day and perfect coffee to residence d’azur, i sugest you take your boyfriend , your highest heels and get in 2 minutes to street brand to take a good time shopping.
We spend excelent time in a perfect place and i recomand from all my heart this location. It has 4 stars but they deserve 5!!!

central location, clean, modern and highly convenient

The room was with all the needed amenities (TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge, even a nice ice bucket :) ).
Radu (The host) was friendly and helpful.
Located in central Cannes. Walking distance to any central attraction in Cannes. I personally visited the Christmas Market.
Will definitely return.
